Sir,

If someone serves very fast how can I hit it?  I have tried to hit it but its s a waste. Sometimes it just bounces back before hitting and sometimes it bounces out of the table.

Hi Aviral,

Don't try to do too much with the return when the ball is coming fast.  Use the speed on the ball already.  Start by blocking the ball back on the table.  As you start to see the ball better you can play a small topspin like stroke.

Make sure you are watching the ball carefully when it is in the servers hand.  Then track the ball as it is coming in to you.  This will give you good information and time to make the return more effectively.
