I still got some problems with backhand counter..I dont know how to swing and stuff like that. Can u explain me how to do it.. i watched million times at the backhand counter video lesson but i still dont got it.

sorry for the annoying question and i hope u help me.

Ps: very nice video's all video's helped me and i liked the topspin one.

Hi Khalid,

This game can be frustrating but stick with trying to improve your strokes.

Some important things that we stress with the backhand is that the bat must start flat or vertical.  Your finish position is also critical.  Watch the video again and look at the finish position exactly.  Then watch yourself in a mirror playing the stroke without a ball and see if it looks the same.

Corrections can be made depending if the ball is going off the end or into the net when you make a mistake.  If you are still having problems contact us again and we try to sort this one out.

Keep at it, it will get better!
