You should bend your knees to a level where you can move fast and efficiently. This means bending them to around 120 degrees. You should keep your back relatively straight but you can hunch forward a little to get better balance, a bit like a downhill skier.

i think that it's better to keep my back to hunch forward a little as it give me more concentration on watching ball, make me easy to move and easy to make strokes. but out of playing you must keep your back straight for healthy...
