Hi alois,

Every time i smash my opponent, and they return it, i never could return it back. Maybe it is because my action is too big in my smash, i isnt that what you're suppose to do.

Pls HELP

Thanks

Hi Mat,

When you smash still stay balanced and push back with your leg to get back into position for the next ball.  Take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Smash and watch the way we show you how to recover after the smash.
