Hi

I think flexible wrist is one factor of success in ping pong (specially in serve).

Is there any specific wrist training for ping pong?Is it efficiency?

Hi,

Look to have your wrist as relaxed as possible so that it can operate in the full range of movement.

This is more important than exercises first.

#38 - Backhand 3rd Ball Attack

The backhand topspin off backspin is often considered a harder shot than the forehand. In this week's training session we focus on utilising this shot to make a 3rd ball attack. If you can master this your opponents will find it difficult to stop you attacking and you will constantly have them under pressure.

Hey! You can try rotating your wrists clockwise and then anti clockwise before practice in order to make it flexible. This has helped me a lot for my serves
