lately I've been watching a lot of top player play. One aspect that made me rather curious and excited was the way they gasp or make certain noises when they train their loop off block and backhand loop. it was rather funny and made me think if this could be used by amateur players such as myself.

It is just something that a few players do as a habit. Β Some feel they get better timing by doing this others feel they get more power.
You can try it... make sure you don't annoy too many of your friends though...

It's like expressing pain while doing loop or might be someone really reason

I think this is to keep their morale at high level and provide them with extra energy to keep focus on their play in a match.
