Which ply is recommended for plastic balls.

Sir I played state championship now I have problems to play with carbon ply please help me that I use carbon ply or wooden ply. Please suggest me proper ply.

Hi Harshit,
I really don’t think that the ply will make a lot of difference. It is more about you strokes and training as to how much you will improve.
