Very High ball

You may well have answered this question  previously if so apoligies, Now the question is how do you attack a very high ball on both the left and the right hand side..Do you wait for it to drop, and if its spinning then what?

Hi Charlie,

It is best to wait till it drops to around shoulder or head height and then use the Forehand smash.  Even if it is on your left hand side you should have time to move around and still use your forehand on this ball.
