Before i watched your super dvds lesson 1, 2 and 3 i used wrist on all my shots. I notice you keep same angle on bat all the way thru shot. Pretty flat hitting. Right? I loved your videos!! Well worth the money!!

Hi Joseph,

You don't need a lot of wrist for your control shots.  You can start to use more wrist when you are trying to generate more speed and spin.
