Hey guys,

I play mostly with my backhand.  I am finding it very hard to use the forehand when i am playing.  Is there any advice you can give me on how to start using my forehand more often.

Hi Cathal,

The best advice I give to players in this situation is to turn your feet slightly towards the forehand side.  Also in training play some games where you only play forehands.  This will get you used to using your forehand more.
