At which stage should you upgrade your racket to a faster one?

Hi Jasper,
Upgrade your racket when you feel like your strokes and ability in matches has developed to a stage where you are almost too consistent. If you added some speed to the racket that you would still be able to play your strokes and just get a faster result.
