Hi coach,

My backhand drive seems very stable for me while I play and I can play again and again with recovery. But it's not the same with forehand drive. It's feeling like taking so much from body, body rotation and arm swing and affecting my recovery so much. Also I cant focus on ball hitting it but i can see the ball when hitting backhand drive. Forehand drive is suppose to be powerful than backhand but I am not feeling the same. Please tell me how to practice step by step to make my forehand drive powerful and relaxed.

Hi Sachin,

Start by doing the stroke slowly.  Keep the swing small and get the feel of the hitting position.  Then build up with speed and extend the stroke a little at a time.  Once you do that you will gain confidence and also get more consistent with the stroke.

Really focus on the start and finish positions that we show you in the Forehand Counterhit lesson.
