Hi Krishna,

Ideally, it is best to keep one finger on the back.  If you have two it will decrease the flexibility in the wrist slightly.

I think: one finger the wrist is free, two perhars more feeling for forehand but bad for backhand the wrist not free and the ball can touch one finger.

But I feel my backhand is better than my forehand and I   am not comfortable in forehand but comfortable in backhand

Hi Krishna,

If you want to develop your game and keep improving then I would recommend you switch to the recommended grip. As Alois and Martinand mentioned, the two fingers will decrease the flexibility in your wrist slightly and it makes it more likely that you'll hit your finger on the backhand.
