I've watch some tutorial videos, i learned some staps and going through it. Well I'm a penholder and i guess i will get to learn and understand more if there is a penholder tutorial training steps for beginners like me.

Take a look at Penhold Techniques for Table Tennis.
You will see that most technique is similar.

Forehand Topspin Variations
A great weapon is being able to vary the amount of speed and spin on your forehand topspin stroke. By making your stroke more vertical and brushing the ball finely, you can generate more spin. For more speed you need to swing more horizontally.
