Each training session in our 52 week training plan has a PDF that you can download that outlines the session. Just go to the training plan video and click on the download your session training plan link.

This week we switch the focus to your backhand attacking technique. If you can develop your backhand topspin your opponent will not be able to pin you down and this will take your game to a new level. With regards to the serve you have been working on, we introduce some tests that you can use to monitor your progress over time.
