Hi Alois, 

When doing the high toss serve, I am confused how to throw the ball very straight without curving.

Hi Jasper,

Practice this without trying to hit the ball.  Keep your palm flat and toss the ball cleanly straight out of your hand without it rolling on your hand.  This will stop it from curving int he air.  You can use your knees to generate some power to get the ball up higher.
