How to move your body & hand to topspin the ball in rally so that it don't go beyond the table.

Hi Vinay,

Off a shorter ball you need to move close to the table.  Get your left leg close to or under the table. Then make sure you are brushing the ball to get topspin on it to get the ball to dip onto the table.
