Hi Bakr,
Here is a lesson on the Forehand Topspin Against Block. This is a really important stroke in Table Tennis. Remember to get a brushing contact on the ball to get the topspin.

Forehand Chop
The forehand chop is a defensive stroke played away from the table. It is mainly used by defenders but can also be incorporated into an attackers game when forced away from the table.
