Hi

First of all i am thankful to you and you team for providing such effective videos.

Well, i need a simple answer. Actually i am facing difficulties while hitting forehand smash..  The matter is quite simple as if i am not able to decide when to hit a very high ball...

i mean is it while the ball just hit my area of table and i need to come forward, before the ball gains more height... or to wait for the ball to come down again and then to hit it ..... ?

if possible then provide a video response on that.. trust me... many of the players are facing the same difficulties.... and i believe that it will be helpful for many...!

hoping for your earliest response..

Hi Vishwa,

Taking the ball early off the table is a much more risky stroke.  It is easier to wait till the ball goes up and then comes back down to your hitting zone which is around head or shoulder height.  Take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Smash for more help on this.
