Strokes
Hi Alois, Hi Jeff,
In one of your first videos I saw you saying not to over tighten the racket.
But, is this  a rule that applies all the time, or there are some shots where we need to forge strongly the racket?
This is because I suffer from epicondylitis and I think this problem is caused by the fact that in some cases I squeeze too strongly the racket doing hard braking of the arm at the end of the stroke.
Regards
Donato

          Hi Donato,
I think in general having a looser grip is better. We have filmed a new Pingpod on this which will be out next week. Stay tuned.
Chop blocks can be deceptive and frustrating — but with the right technique, you can take control.
In this newly updated version of our original video, we break down:
✔ How chop blocks differ from standard blocks
✔ Why timing is crucial when countering
✔ How to adjust your stroke to lift and loop effectively

Super coach and Jeffrey,
Pingpod #43 was very informative. But the audio was pretty bad and the camera kept going in and out of focus.
Thanks Steve. Yes we do have internet issues from time to time.
