Is that bat a good bat for the beginner-intermediate level?

Hi Edgar,
I haven't seen this bat. The most important thing is the quality of the rubber. Without seeing the rubber I can't comment on the bat. Others may have seen or used it and may be able to help you.

Sorry for not telling you, it has A Tibhar Phantom rubber, 5 stars. The ratings of the bat are 95 for speed, 85 for spin and 75 for control.
It sounds like the bat would be a good started racket.

I just ordered one over my Butterfly Wakaba which gave me a lot of trouble with control and speed...Hoping I made a good choice! Will know once I use it for a while....
