hi Alois,

why in all the competitions they use white balls and not orange balls?

Hi David,

This has changed a few times. Historically they always used white balls. They tried orange balls because they felt it was better to see on television. They now feel that the white is easier to see on the blue background.

Both balls are still legal to use.
