How can i keep improving

Hi
I have a rating of 1072 and i can't get any better than that. i play about an hour a day and can't get past my rating. Can you please give me some ideas to help with that?

Hi Johnny,
Perhaps you can work a little more on your game play or your serving and receiving. Sometimes it doesn't take much to turn things around.
Try to find the areas you are losing points in a match. If you are making a lot of errors in one area then focus on that is training for a while and see if that helps you.
A good way to make big leaps in your level is to work hard on your serving. By improving your serve you can set up a lot of the rest of the game and put pressure on your opponents.
