Strategy
Hi Alois/Jeff,
I have a game coming up where my opponent has a very very strong forehand loop and he even tries to pivot it to his backhand and try to hit everything with his forehand loop but his weakness is his backhand he only pushes from his backhand and occasionally smash and his short game is his weak point.
Do you have any tips or advice which I should I stick to while I am playing against him? Please provide me a couple of solid tips.
Thanks
Hi Salman,
Your advantage is that you are using two sides, your forehand and your backhand.
Often these types of players are actually better at playing their forehand from the backhand corner because they are often forced to do that.
A good tactic is to play the ball wide to the forehand side and that exposes their backhand. Hit the next ball to their backhand corner which makes it more difficult for them to get there with their forehand. Give this tactic a try and see how it works.

Thanks Alois & Jeff for your advise. I won my game yesterday 3-1. playing the ball wide to the forehand side tactics indeed work
Good to hear that Salman. I have found this tactic works well often against players with a strong forehand.
