Hello Alois, What do you think about practicing with tt robots? I consider buying one, it seems it can help you improve a lot, since you can set the right amount of spin and direction, so that you can improve a particular stroke. How useful it can be training a lot with robots? Or live partners help to improve you better?

It's important to take the initiative in a rally. My old coach used to call this forcing the pace. To get better at forcing the pace, we are going to consciously go for more power on our third ball shots. We may miss a few more balls but that is part of our development.
