Hi coach my friends know he like to beat to me fast ball can you pls teach me how to save it and make him to bit higher ball. pls to hear your reply. i have seen your last reply.

Hi Daryl,

Find which side is weaker for him.  Then also think about trying to move him around more and place the ball into more awkward positions so that he doesn't have time to play the faster shots.

The see if you can vary the speed and spin on your shots also to make it more difficult for him.

The three variables of Spin, Speed and Placement will help you to get weaker shots from him.

To save the faster balls that come to you, practice your Backhand Block and Forehand Block strokes.  This is the most efficient way to cope with the faster shots.
