i have 2 table tennis grips but i don't know which grip is better 4 me. what do i do ?

Hi Charlie,

Try to stay with the standard grips.  It depends what your grips look like.  It is important to have a good grip.  These grips have been developed over time by many players to find something that is most beneficial to advance your strokes.  Take a look at our lesson on Get a Grip.  This will show you the Shakehand and Penhold grips and how to use them.
