I was doing some of my own research into the popularity of table tennis.
I stumbled upon a few websites regarding the top 10 sports for overall fitness.
As I looked through the lists of all these websites, much to my dismay, out beloved sport does not appear on these lists.
What are your thoughts on this?
It often doesn't feature because a lot of people think of fitness as aerobic fitness. Table Tennis isn't one of the highest in regard to aerobic demand however it uses a whole range of components of fitness, including endurance, strength, power and flexibility.
