how do i overcome the fear of attacking, aganist good opponets and not mess up.

Hi Femi,

YOu have to realise that if you don't attack against good opponents you will not win the points anyway so it is something that you have to be brave enough to do in a match.  Set yourself a target of number of topspins you can make in a game.
