what are the forehand and backhand strokes?

base on degrees and swing?

Hi Adam,

The strokes can be seen in our free online lessons. I think watching is the best way of learning these. Don't stress too much about the angles, try to get the action correct. Focus onyour start and finish positions of the stroke.
