Can you suggest any weight training exercise to gain more strength? Can too much muscles be counter-productive for table tennis?

Take a look at the blogs on Weight Training Specifically for Table Tennis and Strength Conditioning for Table Tennis. Don't worry about developing muscle. It will help you to move faster.
During your last session before the tournament we throw away the usual training structure and spend 60 minutes of our session just playing games. It's the best way to prepare for your tournament.
