Steel Bat

Hi PingSkills do you know about the Steel Bat ? My coach have one and he said it's for shadow practice only if it's only for shadow practice, why should use the steel bat ?

The theory is to make your arm stronger.  One thing you need to be careful about is that the swing remains the same and the feelings are the same.  It is not something that I have used a lot for training.
