Hi Pingskills,I recently got a sprained ankle and i wonder how to practice table tennis with a sprained ankle.

Hi Ryan,

It is best to keep the weight off the ankle.  What you can do is put your knee on a chair and stand with the good leg.  This will keep your weight off the ankle.  While you won't be able to move it will still allow you to practice your strokes.
