How can I spin the ball so that when I serv. It bounces back over my side of the table and how can I practice when there isn't a table near by, thanks

Hi Jake,
To get the backspin to come back you need to brush the ball right underneath. It is good to practice this away from the table and get the ball to come back towards you on the floor.
