Hi coach..you know that im a straight out blocker my would be desperate or even angry to me bcoz i wont do the spin..my playing style is only a blocker.. one most common problem of my spin is the ball will hit to my thumb and second is i can't generate a lot of spin and also im very very scared if the ball won't get inside the opponents table my teammates will get angry if the ball doesn't get inside the table

please help to improve my spins

Hi Reynel,

You need to spend some time during your training session to practice these strokes.  If you leave it to the match it is more difficult to improve technique.

Make sure you are doing the strokes correctly as we show yo in our lessons.  If you can do this then you will start to get the amount of spin that you need to make the strokes better.
