Serving
What is actually a trick to create more spin in our serves and strokes? What would be the arm tension in the pre-contact with the ball, contact with the ball and follow through? Many thanks.
Hi JinMeng,
There are no real tricks. It is a matter of a lot of practice. The key is to get the contact correct, with a good brushing contact on the ball and then a fast action to get more spin on it.
You can have your arm relaxed through the swing. Get your wrist moving as quickly as possible. At the point of contact you can put a little more pressure on your fingers.
