hello and excuse for my English.first, I don't know the exact word, angle of throwing out (when the ball arrive and leave the bat) up or down depending the woods, is it real or in the imagination, some people say they can see and feel the difference.

I say the most important thing to have a high speed of my arm is to be relax, am I right or wrong?

Hi Bernard,

I think the rubber has more of the effect than the wood on the angle the ball comes out.  The wood will effect it a little.  The faster the wood the straighter out the throw will be.

However, the stroke you make effects this all much more than the equipment.  Having a more vertical action will lift the ball more and a more forward action will get the ball moving forward.

The equipment just adds a little.
