whenever i am going to hit a forehand smash it always goes out of the table ? what do i do

Hi Saransh,

Firstly take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Smash.  Some of the key points are to use the time the ball is in the air to get your feet into position.  Then don't try to do too much with the shot.

If you are finding that the ball is floating off the end, slow down the stroke or think about hitting the ball from a little higher.
