Smash keeps hitting the net

Hi

i am using pingskills touch. Good spin.  

When there is a spinning lob, especially back or side spin, lot of my smash keeps hitting the net. Unable to figure out what is that i am doing wrong. Please help

Hi Ravi,

Firstly check that you are choosing the right ball to smash.  Make sure the ball is higher.  Then make sure you are getting into position well to make the smash.  

If the ball is often hitting the net make sure you are following through more forward with the stroke.  Sometimes players drag the bat into the net because they finish low on the stroke or start too high with the stroke which means that they drag the stroke and the ball down.
