hi

can u please

• teach me how to do a slow spinney loop which lands deep on the table

and

• teach me how to play against it if my opponent play this shot

Hi Danish,

Take a look at the lesson that is available on the Slow Spinny Topspin.  This one is a Premium lesson. The main thing is to get a fine contact and brush the ball upwards and high over the net.
