Equipment
Hi Alois,
I am a penhold with shakehand blade (gergely). it's too heavy for me to put 2 rubber on that blade.
can I use a single side rubber for a tournament? maybe the other side I just paint it with black or red paint.
Hi Wahyu,
Yes you can leave the other side plain with just wood but you are then not allowed to use that side to hit the ball. You have to have it either red or black depending on what is on the other side.

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
