Hi,I watch your videos on the different backhand flick. I tired to do the side flick and my ball will always hit my own table first. Can u tell me why is it so? Can it be use for all type of spin when receiving service?

Hi Samuel,

This is a very advanced serve.  It is not one I even attempt in games.  You can play it off most types of balls.  If the ball is going into the net try to come under the ball with your racket a bit more.

Experiment with it and see if you can get it higher.  When training even try to get the ball off the end of the table with the shot.  This way you will compensate what you are doing now.

Just hit the ball underneath, instead of brushing the back of the ball
