Yes you can. Take a look at the shot played by Percy at the PingSkills Classic. It was a great sidespin backhand topspin.

thank you! but Is Backhand topspin sidepin only for left handed??

No right handers can do it as well. Especially if you are playing a left hander that puts the ball out wide with their forehand.

Last One question Is there Fade or Hook in Stroke??

In this stroke there is hook. You can also fade the stroke if you put the end of your bat higher than your wrist.
