hi alois and jeff,

When practice my forehand topspins, as early as 6 to 9 balls my shoulder starts achiing and i can't continue at the same pace. Immaterial of how loosely i play, this happens but only on forehand. should i shorten my swing or is there anything else i must do?

Hi Shripathi,

I am not sure.  It is usually the tension that will effect the shoulder.  You may need to get it checked to make sure you have not hurt it.

I think that it because you don't have warm up before practicing
