Strokes
How do you return a shot that comes close to you and is so fast
Hi Shrey,
The solution is often to sway out of the way. To do this you need to have a good wide base with your legs. Ideally you want to move out of the way but when the ball is going really fast it is sometimes not possible to move in time. That is when you need to compromise and just shift the upper body to get into a reasonable position to make the shot.
The backhand block is often seen as a defensive shot. We show you how to gain the advantage by adding power to the stroke.
