Hi Alois, Are table tennis shoes really necessary? Does it make your footwork easier - What are the advantages?

Hi George,

Take a look at this lesson we have on The Right Table Tennis Shoes. The main thing is they are light, not too chunky and have good grip on the sole to allow you to stop and change direction quickly.
