Hi there, I was wondering your thoughts on the, for lack of a better term, hanging wrist, that I see some pros use for the forehand backhand. I have included a photo below. What is this called and what are the benefits? Thanks, Bob

Hi Bob,

I think it is not necessarily a god thing.  It tends to lock the wrist and reduce flexibility.

I would rather see it in the natural position and more relaxed.
