Hello,
Do the shoes help a player to play better or they don't play a very important role? And if they do what shoes should i wear to play ping pong?

Hi Nicholas,
The shoes are important. Make sure you don't get shoe with too much of a heel because it can be dangerous when moving sideways.
You do need a bit of support for when you are moving. An indoor sports shoe is quite good or you can get a specialist shoe from a Table Tenis supplier.
