after serving im not able to catch up with the game 
means once i does the service im not able to return it

Hi Saransh,

You need to think about what serves you are doing.  You need to serve so that you are getting the next ball where you want it and with the type of spin you want.

Consider serving the ball shorter and lower so that your opponent can't dictate the rally.  If you are able to serve short and low, then you are cutting out the options of your opponent and you will start to be able to dominate the rallies.
