Hi sir! Iam back to pingskills after a long time because i could'nt concentrate more on table tennis. Now my question is what are the main things i need to remember while playing a topspin and smash. I need the main things that should be remembered while match is in progress

Hi Hari,

Think about the start and finish positions of the bat while training.  In a match, you should not be focused on the stroke, because it should be natural.  So then focus on the placement and speed of the ball.

I got selected for senior table tennis school team in my new school which iam recently joined. I practice 2 to 2and half hours after my school. Is it enough.
